There is a $200.00 security deposit which will be returned within two weeks upon inspection after your departure.
A $100.00 down payment will be required to hold your reservation, leaving a balance of $500.00 for a weekly rental.

You may check in Sunday afternoon at 12:00 Noon and check out is on Saturday at 12:00 Noon.
