Gingerbread cottage in a beautiful, park-like setting.
Our house sits on two acres just on the Ohio line off of Route 322 West. We are 5.4 miles from Jamestown, PA. We are about 7 miles from Andover, OH and 2.7 miles from where Route 7 crosses over Route 322 coming from Ohio. Don’t confuse Pymatuning Drive with Pymatuning Lake Road which also crosses over Route 322.
If you fish, you may be familiar with Bay 41 boat launch. The sign is no longer there, but you can find it on a Pymatuning Lake map. Pymatuning Drive is almost directly across from the boat launch off of Route 322.
In looking at the pictures of the house, the portion that is for rent is the part of the house that sits slightly farther back on the right-hand side. The in-law suite addition on the left is not included in the rental.
On the first level, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom has two single beds. A spiral staircase takes you up to the second level which contains 4 single beds and ½ bath. Our grandchildren love that area and the parents have privacy on the first floor. There is a full-sized bath on the first level and also another ½ bath off the second bedroom.
The house will sleep 8 comfortably.
We have two televisions with Dish network. There is also a VCR with a nice selection of videos for adults and children.
We rent by the week or daily, depending on availability. There is a two-night minimum stay (three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. The house is available year-round and is just as charming and cozy in the winter with a lovely fireplace as it is comfortable for a relaxing summer get-away.
